We want you to love your purchase from L & W Woodworking + Thru Love & Faith.

Due to the nature of soaps, lotions, candles, room sprays, reed diffusers, and personal care items, these products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Handcrafted wood pieces and home decor items may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase if they are unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Because many of our wood pieces are handmade and one of a kind, natural variations in wood grain, color, knots, cracks, texture, and shape are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
