Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description. Shipping times may vary depending on the item, size, weight, and destination.

Smaller items such as candles, soaps, lotions, room sprays, reed diffusers, and select home decor pieces may be shipped when available.

Larger handcrafted wood pieces, furniture, benches, tables, lamps, oversized bowls, and heavy decor may be listed as local pickup only or may require a custom shipping quote before purchase.

We do our best to package each order carefully. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can help resolve the issue.

Local pickup may be available for select items.
